Artificial intelligence is changing at the speed of light. Indeed, a speech given today about AI’s impact on our economy, culture, and humanity itself will be outdated the day after it is written.
Instead, Breitbart News Tech Editor Colin Madine will share what he believes are the key concepts to understanding the confusing and often contradictory news about AI, how to manage its impact on your family and career, and the most important ideas for the conservative movement to master as we enter the age of AI.
Speaker Bio
Prior to joining Breitbart in 2015, Colin Madine had a 20-year career in tech-related fields and consulting, which gave him a front-row seat to the impact of Big Tech and globalism on American workers.
He watched consultants recommend laying off Americans in favor of off-shoring jobs to cheap labor in other countries. “What followed was ’on-shoring,’ because the work output often was low quality,” says Madine. “So the few remaining American workers would do the work all over again.”
Madine began communicating with Breitbart during the height of Gamergate in 2014. By 2015 he was on board at Breitbart helping to create the company’s tech vertical. In 2018 he assumed the helm as editor of that vertical, along with campus news. His depth of knowledge in the aforementioned areas makes him especially well-suited for radio interviews and commentary.
