Local Police Chief’s Efforts to Improve Public Safety

Hamilton County has recently experienced a rise in incidents that have captured the community’s attention. These include large downtown brawls, murders, and disruptive street takeovers in Cincinnati, as well as significant disturbances affecting July 4 family events in the typically tranquil city of Blue Ash. As a result, crime and public safety have become prominent topics of discussion among residents.
In response to these growing concerns, the Hamilton County Association of Police Chiefs launched an initiative last year aimed at addressing the community’s needs. This effort is designed to foster open communication and collaboration among law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, and the public.
Evendale Police Chief Tim Holloway, who currently serves as the chair of the committee leading this initiative, will discuss the important work being undertaken. He will also be available to answer questions from the audience, ensuring an open dialogue on issues of crime and public safety in Hamilton County.
Kim Georgeton is officially a candidate in the upcoming election for Lieutenant Governor of Ohio. She is running alongside Casey Putsch, who is seeking the office of Governor. Both candidates are participating in the Republican primary scheduled for May 5, 2026

Chief Tim Holloway leads the Evendale Police Department, bringing over 35 years of experience in law enforcement. His extensive career includes patrol, investigations, drug enforcement, and supervision. In addition to his regular duties, Chief Holloway has dedicated more than 20 years as a member of the Hamilton County Police Association (HCPA) SWAT Team.
Beyond his responsibilities as Chief, he is 1st Vice-President of the Hamilton County Police Association and Vice-President of The Shield Ohio. His commitment to professional development and public safety is further demonstrated by his service as a past President of the Hamilton County Association of Chiefs of Police. Currently, Chief Holloway chairs the Committee on Criminal Justice and Public Safety for the Chief’s Association.
Kim Georgeton has a 30-year career in business transformation digital infrastructure and consulting. She started at pioneering companies like Amazon.com, where she helped expand product categories during its early growth. She achieved senior director and vice president positions throughout her career through hard work and meeting high performance standards, focusing on e-commerce strategies, team management, and revenue growth. She has been in leadership roles with four startups and high-growth companies that prioritized AI-driven optimization and business transformation, serving most recently as CEO of Cloudality and also founding a new alternative wellness business, BioCoil, LLC. This progression has sharpened her skills in scaling operations, managing teams, fostering innovation, handling budgets, and delivering results in fast-paced settings. These experiences make her well-suited for the Lieutenant Governor’s operational role, where she can improve state efficiency, reduce red tape, streamline processes, and promote economic growth while ensuring private-sector accountability to revitalize Ohio’s economy and support small businesses.
Kim Georgeton is a battle-tested conservative Republican leader, experienced business executive, and strong advocate for Ohio families. She is ready to bring her operational expertise and grassroots energy to her campaign for Lieutenant Governor on the Putsch for Ohio ticket. Raised in Cincinnati as the youngest of seven, with a WWII Marine Veteran father, Kim embodies hard work, discipline, and service. She graduated from Oak Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati while working her way through college. Kim and her husband John have one grown daughter and live in Lebanon, OH with their Whippet.
Kim’s political journey is driven by her strong commitment to constitutional freedoms and individual rights, including the unborn. In 2021, she founded Free Our Children to fight against forced masking and vaccination mandates on kids, uniting parents against bureaucratic overreach during the COVID-19 crisis. As chapter chair for Moms for Liberty, she led civic education campaigns, providing over 6,000 pocket constitutions to Ohio 8th graders. She provided testimony on many bills, including HB 90, to return power to the people and their elected leaders. As a member of the Warren County Republican Party Central Committee, Kim’s bold attempts to run for U.S. Congress in Ohio’s 2nd District in 2024 and for the Ohio House in 2022 rallied grassroots support. She has emerged as a principled advocate for limited government, family values, and health freedom. Combining activism with executive expertise, Kim is ready to work with Governor Casey Putsch. She aims to cut government waste, unlock economic potential, and protect all Ohioans’ rights with determination, ensuring a future where families thrive and freedom prevails.
